Frequently Asked Questions
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
No problem — additional hours can be added at any time at a rate of £32 per hour. I'll always let you know before going over your allowance.
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any new month. Just get in touch and I'll sort it for you.
Do unused hours roll over?
Hours don't roll over on Starter or Growth plans. Premium clients benefit from flexible hour rollover — up to 5 hours can carry into the following month.
Is there a minimum contract?
All plans are on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term commitment required. I ask for 30 days' notice to cancel.
